WE FOUND IN THE RESEARCH

Every module is a direct response to a real complaint Edge Fitness members are publicly leaving on HelloPeter, Google Reviews, and Facebook.

13% unpaid debit rate

SA gyms lose ~R40 per R300 billed. DebiCheck-aware engine with auto WhatsApp recovery closes the gap.

Nobody uses WhatsApp properly

Itensity, Octiv, Mindbody — none have native WhatsApp Business API. We built yours as the primary channel.

Class schedules emailed manually

Members currently email join@edgefitness.co.za to get a timetable. We publish a public link per club.

Cancellation = 'a nightmare'

Every Edge HelloPeter complaint mentions it. CPA-compliant self-service with a transparent penalty calc.

Dual-app fragmentation

ClubLink + PTinMyPocket split the member experience. One unified app replaces both.

Load-shedding blind spot

Revenue loss during outages is invisible today. We quantify it and surface it in your Reports tab.

Both apps are already built. These timelines assume you say yes and we start Monday.

Week 1 · Data Import

We import your ClubManager Central member database, bank mandates, and class schedules. No member-facing changes yet.

Weeks 2–3 · Integration

We wire up Netcash for live DebiCheck, WhatsApp Business API, and push the member app to App Store + Google Play.

03

Week 4 · Go Live

Staff trained, members migrated, member app live. ClubLink + PTinMyPocket retired. Old stack stays as read-only fallback for 30 days.

Investment

R100k build · R4 999/month

One-time build covers the Hub CRM, member app, data migration, and staff training. Monthly covers hosting, support, and WhatsApp Business API fees — for all 14 clubs. New features quoted separately.

50% deposit to start. Based on the 13% unpaid debit rate research, recovered collections alone should pay this back in under 3 months.
